Set the board by 6:45. Bracket sheet on the wall, sign-up clipboard at the bar, jackpot jar out.

Blind draw at 7:30. Names in a hat, pull pairs. Walk-ins alone get paired - that is the whole hook.

Run the bracket. Single elimination, call winners to the board. Bar stays busy between rounds.

Pay the pot + shoot the recap. Photo of the winners → the OS drafts the recap post for your approval.

If it goes sideways
Odd number of players? The host plays, or the last solo gets a bye to round 2. Never turn someone away.
Slow start, thin crowd? Push the draw to 7:45 once, announce it, and comp the first pour for anyone signed up.
A blowout bracket? Run a quick consolation "second-chance" round for the early-out teams - keeps them drinking.
Someone wants to complain about the draw? "It's blind - that's the fun. Next week's your rematch." Keep it moving.
